Welcome to the BMS Front Foot Benefit Payment Portal!
Here, you have the ability to quickly and easily pay your annual front foot benefit charge (or deferred water and sewer assessment) and learn more information about your annual assessment.
Make Your Payment:
- For the fastest payment option, simply click the "Make a Quick Payment" in the top right hand corner, enter your Account ID from your invoice and the email address where you'd like to receive your payment receipt, and follow the payment instructions therein. There is no need to register for an account if you are simply looking to process your payment online!
- Please note at this time we do not accept credit card or debit card payments. All payments must be processed using eCheck.
Registration (Optional):
- If you are a homeowner who would like more information about their account or need to find your account number, you can register for secure access to the BMS Payment Portal by following the steps below:
- Click Register at the upper right corner of this window
- Complete your name, address, and email address and click "Register" at the bottom of the screen
- Your registration request will be reviewed by BMS Support within 1-2 business days, and once approved, you will receive an email to set up your password so you can login to your account.
